Therefore, H.B. Distribution cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable for any content that you may be exposed to that is objectionable or offensive. We reserve the right to refuse any site we find to be unapropriate and discontinue your account.
New Domain Name Registrations: New Domain Names are free for first year after which you pay a $20 per year fee. If you cancel service prior to 1 year a $20 fee will be charged to move the domain name to a different provider. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting your ownership of the domain to H.B. Distribution.
Domain Transfers: You are soley responsible for the transfering of your domain(s) from another provider to Hostdog.net. Due to the unpredictable nature of the transfer process, no guarantees are made regarding the amount of time a specific transfer may take. If the transfer of the domain is done by Hostdog.net on behalf of the account holder a handling fee will be incurred. If the customer cancels service during the transfer period for any reason, all charges are considered earned.
Payments due in 30 days cycles.
Payments that are 14 days Late: Control Panels Disabled.
30 days Late: Account and domain disabled.
60 Days Late: Account and domain name deleted. Domain Name ownership forfeited to H.B. Distribution.
Spam: We do not allow the promotion of unsolicted email or bulk email. Violators accounts will be immediately removed with no refund.
Web Site Content: We do not Allow sites promoting the following:
Copyright Infringement, trademark, patent, trade secret or other intellectual property right.
Pornography especially content that exploits children under 18 years of age
hate propaganda
racist, threatening, or otherwise abusive content.
the promotion or incitement of, or instruction for, the commission of illegal activities or terrorism.
Mail fraud, (pyramid) schemes chain letters or any other fraudulent activities
warez, cracks, hacks, spam software & their associated utilities
information or other material that contains a virus, corrupted data or any other harmful or damaging component.
Violators accounts will be immediately removed with no refund
You agree to hold H.B. Distribution and its subsidiaries, co-brands, employees, affiliates and other partners not responsible from any claims (including legal fees), made by any third party due to or arising from content on any site hosted on our server. We will not be held responsible for your violation of the terms of use or your violation of any rights of another.
We respect the copyrights and intellectual properties of others. If you feel your copyrights have been violated in any way, please contact us at webmaster@hostdog.net. Be sure to include complete, detailed information to prove your claim, and we will contact you for further investigation.
Any business dealings you may have with our advertisers, sponsors, or partners found in or throughout our service, including payment and delivery of their goods and services, warranties, terms, and conditions, are solely between you and the advertiser/sponsor/partner. You agree that H.B. Distribution cannot be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage resulting from any such dealings.
